70 Hectares is located in the heart of the forest and offers a real immersive experience in the middle of nature. Each of the 32 rooms and suites features large bay windows overlooking the pine trees. The large spaces on the ground floor are home to a restaurant, lounge, bar and seminar rooms. Its exceptionally large terraces are spread out around the pool and over the golf course.
Inside, the decoration is resolutely graphic: marked lines, contradictions of curves and right angles, flat areas of pastel colours contrasted by furniture in strong colours... Objects are used to underline or counterbalance the rhythms. The overall effect is to create a cheerful, playful setting that plays with local sports codes from a distance.
Rooms & suites
32 rooms and suites are spread over the 3 floors of the building: most of them have a balcony or a large terrace. They all have large windows that open onto the natural environment, with the ocean to the west, the golf course to the east and north, while to the south, on a clear day, the Pyrenees tower over the forest.
Whether headboards, hanging baskets or furniture, strong shades of colour are present everywhere and work together to create a light but contrasting world. On the walls, works by contemporary photographers stand next to lithographs by Supakitch created for 70 Hectares.
Fontenille in the Landes
70 Hectares is one of the three sites of Fontenille on the silver coast. The interconnection between these different, neighbouring resorts ensures a complete experience for our visitors.
Les Hortensias du Lac in Hossegor, the first to open in 2019 after a lengthy renovation, is located on the marine lake, 200 meters away from the Ocean. It boasts 25 rooms, a swimming pool and a spa of over 400 m2. In addition to jacuzzis, a hammam and a sauna, the treatment and massage protocols have been developed by the natural Swedish cosmetics brand L:A Bruket. The kitchen is run by Chef Philippe Moreno and the restaurant has large windows overlooking the lake. Bikes, paddles and boats are also available.
La Cabane des Estagnots
Just off Les Hortensias and 70 Hectares is the Cabane des Estagnots: facing the Ocean, totally integrated into the landscape, open from dawn to dusk and serving tapas, salads, planchas, wines and cocktails. An emblematic site of Landes life: a multi-generational meeting place, open to all and offering one of the most exceptional panoramas of the Landes coast.
