Gastronomic and oenology experiences

At Hautes Mers, we believe in a generous welcome. Our buffet breakfast is now open to all. Enjoy a morning out in the fresh air or a business meeting in an exceptional setting.

From Wednesday June 19, and every Wednesday throughout the summer, come and enjoy an aperitif in our flower gardens. The evening will feature musical entertainment by Charlotte Tonnel (folk) and Club Soundwich (DJ set), from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. A menu of nibbles and cocktails will be available.

15 minutes by bike from Les Hautes Mers, in a carefully preserved old seaman spirit, the Bar de la Meule is an unusual annex of the hotel located in the virgin south of the island in a pretty fishing port. The walls, covered with old photographs and engravings illustrating fishing and marine life, frame wooden tables on which scallop carpaccio, tuna tartare or samphire risotto will delight you after the walk.

The Bar de la Meule welcomes you in a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a menu offering local and seasonal flavors.

La cuisine des Hautes Mers offers you a choice of aperitif or meal baskets to take away in your rattan picnic basket. Choose the beach of your choice and enjoy a unique moment with the ocean as far as the eye can see.
