Heat and Heal: Wellness retreat

From January 10 to 12, 2025, rebalance your body, regain your inner energy and start the New Year with vitality and serenity by taking part in our Heat and Heal retreat by Natasha Andrews at Les Bords de Mer in sunny Marseille!
On the 3-day program:
- Sauna, run on the corniche and cold bath at Les Catalans
- Japa, Pranayama and Yoga Asana Sangraha by Natasha Andrews
- Comfort meals by the sea with Chef Tsai Chester
- Meditation, energy and inner awakening workshop with Inne Society
- Hiking in the calanques
- Relaxation at the spa and 50-minute body treatment by Susanne Kaufmann
Treatments & Spa
Mineral spa entirely made in honey and sand coloured, natural wood, openings to the sea, dim lights, Les Bords de Mer wellness area has been designed to bring you calm and serenity. Relax & Lunch
A unique offer including Spa access for 1 hour, a 50 minutes massage and lunch in our restaurant (starter/main or main/dessert excluding drinks)

Swimming pool
The hotel has an indoor relaxation pool in the Susanne Kaufmann Spa. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The outdoor swimming corridor is open and located on the rooftop. Closed in winter.
- The relaxation pool is open daily from 8:30am to 11pm.
