A cabane on the Ocean
Totally facing the ocean, La Cabane des Estagnots is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif while facing the sunset. It is a lively place, feet in the sand, offering a cuisine that highlights the typical regional dishes with a menu that changes every day (plancha, seafood, salads, etc.). A wide choice of cocktails and wines is also available.
Concerts, events, film screenings animate the evenings throughout the season.

Chefs in Residence at La Cabane des Estagnots
This spring, La Cabane des Estagnots welcomes an exclusive program of chefs in residence, each bringing their own culinary signature to sublimate local produce and the flavors of the Landes coastline.
Spring program :
- Anthony Hory | Thursday to Sunday in April (except Saturday, April 5) | A cuisine inspired by seafood, where authenticity and passion guide every plate.
- Rémi Blanpoil | From May 22 to 25 | Strongly influenced by the Orient and Asia, he offers gourmet, colorful, plant-based cuisine full of vitality, to the delight of all.
- Philippe Moreno | June 5 to 8 | Emblematic chef of Les Hortensias du Lac, he sublimates fish and seafood with a mastery of fire and planchas.
- Restaurant SEI - 70 Hectares & l'Océan | June 18 to 22 | Immerse yourself in a fusion cuisine between Asia and the Landes, where spices meet the freshness of the coast.
