Lunch – the balance of Yin & Yang
A menu that plays on contrast: the freshness of bonito sashimi and vermicelli salads meets the generosity of crispy tempuras and soft crab baos with satay cream. Highlighted by the signature Landes chicken sando with a bold Buldog sauce, for a perfect harmony between lightness and indulgence.
Dinner – the Izakaya spirit
A warm, lively atmosphere built around small plates to share: chicken yakitori, sesame caramel sashimi, lemongrass tuna tataki… A vibrant, generous cuisine full of personality.
Weekend Brunch
The iconic brunch at 70 Hectares & l’Océan now features a SEI corner, where Asian influences are boldly and subtly showcased. Seignosse oysters with wasabi vinegar, coconut milk French toast, Kaya croissant with pandan jam, and homemade yuzu curd… A refined reinterpretation of the classics for a generous and unexpected brunch experience.

Signature Cocktails
Carefully crafted by our mixologist, these balanced and refined creations blend sake, Japanese whisky, matcha or sesame into bold combinations. Highlights include the Matcha Sour (sake, gin, lime, egg white) and the Asia Dubliner (Nikka whisky, Grand Marnier, red vermouth).
Reimagined lattes
From smooth matcha latte to spiced golden latte and a roasted black sesame version — each cup is an invitation to travel.
